Name and Location
Section I. Name:
The name of this Corporation shall be the "Alabama Society of Enrolled
Agents." (hereinafter, the "Society").
Section 2. Location: Offices of the Society shall be
located in Birmingham,
Alabama,
or as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors. Section 3. Subsidiary offices: Subsidiary offices of the Society may be established by the Board of Directors as needed.
